My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I started reading “Big Sky Siren” by L.A. Ramirez expecting a nice romantic mystery but got so much more. This is a riveting tale of a young woman, Keeva Ryan, who is trying to build a successful business in a small Montana town when her life is turned upside down by a crazed stalker. As she struggles to keep her café alive and thriving she is faced with a series of mishaps that escalate in severity until a heart pounding climax. On the positive side she meets Tony Salazar, the detective investigating her case. There is an immediate attraction between the two and soon a romance develops. Tony is a single father who is raising his three year old son with the help of his sister. He has experienced failed relationships and is unprepared for the overwhelming feelings he develops for Keeva. As they grow closer the romance soon becomes a fiery and passionate relationship. This book combines both the intensity and danger of a woman being stalked by a potential killer and the sexual tension between two young people falling in love. It’s a solid romantic thriller that will keep any reader eagerly reading to see what will happen next.
